Parent Cafe

Parent café helps build strong families and are a way for parents to gather in small groups to talk, listen, and support each other with stressors, worries or challenges that many have struggled with alone. Includes free dinner and books for kids.

Pediatric Mobile Clinic

Does your child need care for a chronic condition (like ADHD, allergies and asthma), have a minor illness (ear pain, sore throat, stomach aches), need non-emergent mental health care, a well-child visit (including sports physicals) or vaccinations?

Our Pediatric Mobile Clinic is a clinic on wheels, bringing quality healthcare directly to your child at convenient locations in your community, like schools or the county health department.

We accept many insurance plans, including private insurance and BadgerCare Plus. If your child has a regular primary care provider, we will work alongside them to ensure seamless care.

Appointments are available for all children 18 years and under, on most days from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. We will be at Adams-Friendship Schools on Tuesdays, March 24, April 7 and 21. We will be at Adams County Health and Human Services on Monday, April 13.

Schedule is subject to change. Same day appointments are welcome, based on availability.

If making an appointment on a day the clinic is located at the Adams-Friendship schools and your child is attending school, they may leave class for their appointment.

We now accept Security Health insurance (commercial and Medicaid).

Duck Derby

Saturday, May 9th, 2026

The Annual Duck Derby race is a charitable event in which thousands of numbered ducks are released into the stream at Friendship Park just below the dam on Friendship Lake to compete in a race toward a finish line. Participants “adopt” one or more ducks, each assigned a unique number corresponding to the adopter. On race day, the adopted ducks are simultaneously released, and they float along the course, driven by the natural current and wind. The first duck to cross the finish line wins, with prizes awarded to the adopters of the top three (3) ducks with the corresponding number to the ticket sold! This event has vendors of all kinds and things for kids to do!

The event will begin at 10:00 am and will conclude at 1:00pm, set up will be as early as 8:00AM.
